In accordance with RecSports guidelines for sports clubs at UF, we are required to keep track of every member attending our every practice or event. So, please make sure you sign-up before you attend any practice with us.
Make sure you have signed the RecSports' safety waiver before attending a practice.
50 spots are available for indoor practices and 65 for outdoor sessions, so make sure you sign-up early. However, if you later decide on not coming, please revoke your sign-up at leat 2 hours before the practice begins.
Any member who signs up but doesn't show up (without cancelling their reservation) 3 times will loose the priviledge to practice with us.
You are also required to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
Our data is encrypted during transfer. So, your info is secure. We only share the attendance data with RecSports on request.

This page allows the admins and moderators to update the official members' list (members who have signed the semesterly waiver), and distribute credits to members who attend an event. For the members to receive credits, they need to have signed the waiver.
Every month (preferably more frequently), the appointed officer (usually Secretary has to aquire an updated list of members who have signed the waiver from the RecSports liason. The laison may provide an ".xlsx" file or a ".csv" file. Both types of files work with this application.
Next, just select the file using the button below, then click on 'Upload'. This action will only upload the file and won't affect the member's list in the database.
After uploading the waiver's list, you still need to click "Update credits" button below to ingest the waiver's list file into the database.
The columns in the Excel sheet should be (any extra columns will be ignored):
NAME, EMAIL, PHONE
Other accepted cases for the column names are illustrated using the example for NAME column. The column name can also be 'Name' or 'name'.
After every event, the officer in-charge is required to update the database information regarding the number of events attended by each member of the club. All they need to do is after conclusion of an event, just press the button below. This will update the credits on the "Members' status" page visible to every member of the club.
Only those who attended the event and also signed-in on the website during the open window will get a credit for attending that event.
